When will my order be dispatched?

All orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday) before 12pm EST will be dispatched on the same day. Orders after 12pm EST will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday

When will I receive my order?

You should receive you order next business day for metro areas within Australia, with the exception of Perth, which is generally 3 business days. Areas outside the metro areas, generally take 3-4 business days.

Can I get my order delivered faster?

If you need your products urgently, please call us to discuss. We will endeavour to your order as fast as possible.

How much is delivery?

For all orders over $300, delivery is free to all metro areas within Australia, for orders under $300, we calculate the rate based on your location when you proceed to the shopping cart check out area.


Terms of payments are determine upon accepting your business account. Due to our excellent pricings, we require full payment before we can dispatch your order. We do offer accounts, but they require approval before any order can be placed and are only granted for multiple business operations.


All orders that are placed through our online system, the purchaser will receive an immediate confirmation of order via email.

Can I return my purchases?

If you wish to return your purchases within 30 days of delivery, we provide a full refund, the return on products is at your expense.

We do not question why you wish to return our products, but do request that you provide a reason, so we can better improve our services and products.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us before it is dispatched. If it is dispatched we cannot cancel the order, but can refund you once we have received the products back to our warehouse in original order, you are responsible for the return freight charges. If the products are returned an are damaged or not in original packaging we cannot accept them.

Why are not prices displayed on the JENOK website?

All pricing is available once an account is registered and approved. As this is a trade site, we do not allow the public to see the excellent pricing that is available to trade customers and distributors.

How can I see pricing?

You need to register for an account, we will receive you registration and generally within 24 hours, approve your account. Why do we do this, we support our trade customers and pricing for them should be kept secret.

Do you have different pricing structures?

As this is a trade site, we have different pricing structures for different customers trade customers. Just like all things in life, if you purchase more, then you can expect more of a discount on standard pricing. If you wish to become a distributor, the process is a little longer and we will call you to discuss an ongoing business relationship.

How can I purchase Jenok products?

Jenok products can only be purchased on this site for trade customers and distributors only. If you are a retail customer (just want some wiper blades for your car), you can purchase our products through our retail site,

For all other customers, you will require a username and password, which is granted after you register your interest and is approved by Jenok. You will receive the details via email.

Once you log into to our ecommerce website, all pricing will be displayed.

I am a trade customer but want to try your product before purchasing?

We understand that it is difficult to determine if a new supplier of product can deliver a high quality product, so please register and call us, we are happy to provide you with same samples to test. We are certain that you will be happy with our products and will then want to supply them to your customers.

Which of your products are Australian made?

Our Aero Wipers Blades are made in Melbourne, Australia by combining the highest quality materials by locally and abroad, thus allowing us to manufacture the most superior aero wiper blades available in the Australian market place. Our framed wipers blades and rear wiper blades are sourced from overseas and rigorously tested inhouse to meet our high quality standards, so you can be confident in fitting them to your customers cars.

Are Jenok products of the highest quality?

Yes they are, we stand by our products. It is the reason so many workshops stock them. If you don't believe us, request some samples

Can I get samples?

We do provide samples, please fill out a registration form and we will contact you to discuss.

Can I have a trade account?

Yes you can, if you are a mechanics workshop/business or have an automotive retail outlet. You just need to register and we will process your application with 24 hours.

I forgot my password, can I reset it?

Go to the my accounts page and you will find a link to reset your email, please click on and you will receive an email with details to reset your password.

What is Jenok's quality guarantee?

It is simple, for trade customers, if you don't like the products, simply return to us (return freight fees are at your expense) and we will return your money.
